ECHOES: Reflection as Language and Rhythm
With ECHOES, we explore an experimental vision that moves along the subtle boundary between indoor and outdoor.
Born from an idea by Architect Camilla Benedini, the project transforms the kitchen into a sensitive surface that does not just occupy space, but absorbs and returns it through a play of reflections.
Reflective Matter
- Dialogue between opposites: The use of mirror-finish steel captures the surrounding environment and multiplies it, contrasting with the raw texture of lava stone.
- Modularity and sequence: The system is structured into three essential modules—washing, preparation, and cooking—arranged in sequence as autonomous elements.
- A living surface: The metal fragments and replicates the surroundings, blurring the distinction between container and content in a continuous sensory reference.
ECHOES represents our commitment to a vision that dares and reflects. It is a subtle balance between technique and intuition, where the kitchen becomes an evolved piece of domestic architecture capable of telling the story of who we are.
