The dual nature of steel.

Key Cucine creates two bespoke masterpieces on the Amalfi Coast.

A contemporary luxury that renounces excess in order to rediscover the value of stillness and unhurried time. This is the philosophy that guided the studio AT+C & Partners in the renovation of a historic villa on the Amalfi Coast, conceived to fulfil an American family’s desire for the “Dolce Vita”. The architecture is defined by a rigorous sense of restraint: pure volumes, white walls shaped by natural light, and large openings framed by black profiles. Within this setting of absolute balance, the studio chose to rely on Key Cucine for its solid technical expertise and its ability to support the client in selecting the most suitable materials and finest finishes. The company therefore integrated two distinct kitchen areas, one indoor and one outdoor, demonstrating exceptional skill and craftsmanship in the execution of complex and exacting projects.

The same approach to bespoke design guided the creation of the second kitchen, located outdoors and conceived as the focal point of open-air living. For this outdoor setting, Key Cucine created a monolithic island with an essential aesthetic, crafted in a protective steel finish in a white tone. Facing directly towards the sea horizon and sheltered by a light pergola, the unit integrates hobs and a barbecue, transforming the culinary experience into a slow and convivial ritual.

The entire outdoor area, completed with understated furnishings such as the white concrete table, expresses a restrained elegance in which every element engages in dialogue with nature without ever overpowering it. Through this dual intervention, Key Cucine and the studio AT+C & Partners redefine the concept of Mediterranean luxury: a rare ability to shape essential spaces capable of evoking a profound emotional response.
